How far in advance should I order?
Order as early as possible for larger events. For rush orders, contact us before placing your order so we can confirm timing.

Can I add Arabic names or wording?
Yes! Arabic names and wording are available for all custom pouch designs. Please include the exact Arabic text in your order notes. We will use the wording exactly as provided, so make sure the spelling and details are correct before submitting.

Do you offer single pouch orders?
No, our custom pouch services are only available in bulk. Pricing depends on the quantity ordered.

Can I approve my custom design before it is sent out?
Yes! For custom no-face designs, we will prepare the design first and send it to you for approval before your packaging is shipped out.  

What is your production timeline?
Custom pouches are typically sent within 1 business day. During high-volume periods or for very large orders, processing may take up to 2 business days or longer for bulk runs.

Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
