Custom Order Processing Time
Custom pouches are usually sent out within 1 business day. If we are experiencing a high volume of packaging orders, custom pouches may take up to 2 business days to be sent out.

Urgent Shipping Options
For urgent orders, customers may choose faster shipping at checkout.

Processing and Delivery
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing. Express and Rush shipping are designed for orders that need to arrive faster — select the option that works for your timeline at checkout.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package shows delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your mail area. Please wait 24–48 hours, as packages are sometimes scanned delivered before arrival, and contact the carrier directly. If you receive a damaged package, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will repair, replace, or refund.

Carrier Delays
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or events outside our control.
